When does your penis stop growing?

I have heard and construe many different things saying when your penis actually stops to grow i hear its after puberty or when your in your mid 20's after your second growth spirt that most men have when the pack on all there man charge does anyone actually have an idea when it stops to grow??
Do a examine under the member forums/info forums.. this has been addressed and written extensively on.

I'm a guy in my mid twenties and the last time that I did ANY growing of ANY body move was 10 years ago. I've never heard of a guy growing a couple of inches taller or longer (in the inspect of a penis) in his mid twenties. A second growth pour in your mid twenties? Sounds like wishful thinking to me. I'd say 16 or 17.
